Who runs the site

This website is owned and operated by WOOD AND WEAVE INTERIOR DESIGN L.L.C, Q East by Alphabeta, Mezzanine Floor, Al Quoz Industrial Third, Al Quoz, Dubai. For anything on this page, write to care@woodandweave.ae.

When you send an enquiry

What

What you type into the form: your name, mobile and email, and the answers about the home (property type, emirate, area, stage, handover date, timeline, size, budget, scope and your note). With it, the time it was sent, the page it was sent from, which invitation opened the form, and where your visit came from: the campaign tags in the address, or else the site that linked to us.

Why

To reply to you, and to prepare the first conversation about the home.

Where it goes

To the site's own server at Netlify, our host, which keeps a copy in the site's storage. From there to our enquiry board on Monday.com, the system we use to follow up each enquiry.

Who receives it

Wood & Weave, through its own Netlify and Monday.com accounts.

How long

Nothing deletes it automatically. It stays until it is deleted, by us or at your request.

When you ask the AI assistant

What

Your question, and up to three earlier questions and answers from the same visit, so a follow-up makes sense. Please do not type personal details into it.

Why

To answer the question from what Wood & Weave has published.

Where it goes

To the site's server at Netlify, which passes it through Netlify's AI service to Anthropic, the company whose model writes the answer. What Anthropic keeps is set by its own terms for that service.

What we keep

Each question and its answer, with the time, for 30 days. Older ones are deleted as new questions arrive. Your IP address is not kept with them.

Limits on sending

To stop the form and the assistant being flooded, the server counts how often each visitor sends. It does not keep your IP address for this: it keeps a one-way code made from it, which changes every day, with the times you sent, and drops those times after 24 hours.

Cookies

The tools below load when you arrive. You can block or delete their cookies in your browser's settings. If you chose Decline on the cookie notice this site showed until 14 October 2026, that answer still stands for 12 months: it is kept in a cookie of our own, ww_consent, and the tools do not load for you.

Google Tag Manager

Run by Google. It loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for us.

Google Analytics

Run by Google. Counts visits: the pages seen, the device and browser, roughly where in the world, and how the visit arrived. If you are signed in to a Google account that allows ad personalisation, Google also tells us broad age ranges, gender and interests, only as totals across many visitors, never yours alone. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_VL6HKZTGEX.

Microsoft Clarity

Run by Microsoft. Records how the pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and movement on the page, so we can see what works. It sets the cookies _clck and _clsk.

Meta Pixel

Run by Meta, for Facebook and Instagram. Measures whether our advertising leads to visits and enquiries. It sets the cookie _fbp.

What we tell them

That a page was seen, and when an enquiry is sent, WhatsApp, the phone number or the email is tapped, or the assistant is asked a question. With these go the page, which invitation was used and where the visit came from, shortened to the linking site's address. Never your name, email, phone number, or the words of your enquiry or question.

How long

Google, Microsoft and Meta keep this data under their own terms and the settings of our accounts with them.

The site also keeps two small notes in your browser: that the opening sequence has played in this visit, and which view of the portfolio you last chose. Neither leaves your browser.

Links to other services

The WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn links open those services, which their own owners run under their own terms. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp until you choose to send a message there.

Our host's records

Netlify, which serves the site, keeps its own records of requests, which can include IP addresses, for the period its service sets.

A copy, or deletion

To ask for a copy of what you have sent us, or for it to be deleted, write to care@woodandweave.ae. Tell us the name, mobile or email you used, so we can find it.
